How payments work with Yuubee

At Yuubee, we believe in fairness, transparency, and recognition for service workers and organisations. Here’s how payments are processed and what you’ll receive based on your subscription or organisation account.

Types of Fees

• Processing Fees (5%) – Covers banking, interchange, and payment validation. (Minimum £0.15).

• Platform Fees (5%) – Supports Yuubee technology, Club membership, customer service, and continuous product improvements.

By default, the option for customers to “cover Processing Fees” is toggled on. Research shows 80%+ of customers choose to cover this, meaning you receive more.

• Processing Fees: £0.50

• Customer pays: £10.50

• You receive: £9.50 (after Yuubee Platform Fees)

Scenario 2 – Customer does not cover Processing Fees

• Payment: £10.00

• Processing Fees: £0.50

• Customer pays: £10.00

• You receive: £9.00 (after Platform Fees)

Boost users (0% Platform Fees)
