Tips, donations and support; processing, platform and other fees apply when you use thankyü:
A minimum tip, donation or support amount of £1.00 will apply to all customer transactions – this is the minimum amount a customer can ‘pay’ you.
thankyü applies third party banking & acquiring processing fees that equal 5% per transaction, with a minimum of £0.15. This fee covers merchant fees, banking interchange fees and MasterCard, Visa and other card scheme fees.
thankyü applies a 5% platform fee per transaction if you have a PAYG plan, there is no minimum fee; subscription and SaaS plans don’t include platform fees.
