How payments work with thankyü
At thankyü, we believe in fairness, transparency, and recognition for service workers and organisations. Here’s how payments are processed and what you’ll receive based on your subscription or organisation account.
Types of Fees
Processing Fees (5%) – Covers banking, interchange, and payment validation. (Minimum £0.15).
Platform Fees (5%) – Supports thankyü technology, thankyü Club membership, customer service, and continuous product improvements.
By default, the option for customers to “cover Processing Fees” is toggled on. Research shows 80%+ of customers choose to cover this, meaning you receive more.
