Managing subscriptions
thankyü offers three subscription tiers – see details at thankyu.com/pricing.
Changing Your Subscription
Tap the Profile icon (top left – in the example below ‘GT’).
Select Subscription Management from the menu.
Your current plan will be highlighted.
To upgrade or switch, choose the subscription you want.
You’ll be taken to our secure payment gateway where you can:
Select your preferred payment method
Enter a voucher code (if you have one)
Once completed, your new plan will show as Active.
Managing Your Subscription
On the Subscription Management screen, select Manage my subscription.
This will show your subscription details.
Here you can update your payment information, change your address or cancel your subscription.
If you cancel your subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
You’ll continue to enjoy all benefits until your subscription period ends.
