Using thankyü Thrive
Congratulations — you’re now set up as a thankyü Thrive organisation. You can start receiving donations and support to help keep your organisation sustainable.
Your Primary Contact can now log in (using the OTP sent by email — check your Spam/Junk folders if it doesn’t arrive).
Things to do next
1. Add team members
· Use the Add Users feature in the portal.
· Manage their permissions as needed.
2. Set payment preferences
· Choose the payment amounts you want to display (minimum is £1.00).
· These preset options will appear when supporters scan your QR code.
· A Custom amount option is always available.
3. Get your QR code
Download your QR code and use it on:
· Posters, stands, or cards
· Social media posts
· Anywhere you want to encourage support
4. Train your team
· Sit down with your team (if relevant) to discuss how to explain thankyü Thrive.
· Reinforce the message: support is simple, transparent, and helps your organisation stay sustainable.
· Even a little training can boost confidence and results.
5. Agree your payout schedule
· By default, payouts are monthly.
· If you’d prefer weekly payouts, contact us to set this up.
6. Explore the portal
Take time to familiarise yourself with the features in your portal so you can make the most of thankyü Thrive.
