What does thankyü Connect allow you to do?

thankyü Connect is designed for teams, groups, ‘bands’ and organisations that want to receive tips, donations, or income through a single QR code and then distribute the funds fairly and transparently.

You decide:

·       How income is shared (equal split, percentage-based, or custom rules).

·       When payouts happen (depending when you process your policy).

This makes it easy to reward teams, share income fairly, and stay compliant.

Check that you have everything ‘to-hand’ to complete your registration and then to get started, go to app.thankyu.com and click Login.

How to set up your thankyü Connect organisation

Before you begin onboarding, make sure you have the following information to hand and then to get started, go to app.thankyu.com and click Login.

Step 1: Choose your organisation type

Select your entity from the dropdown menu:

·       Company, LLP, PLC, or CIC – you’ll need your Company Registration Number (CRN) from Companies House.

·       Charity – you’ll need your Charity Number (from the Charity Commission, OSCR, or HMRC for Gift Aid).

·       Sole trader, partnership, or unincorporated body – no unique ID is required.

Step 2: Enter your organisation name

·       Use the name your organisation is commonly known by.

·       If you are a registered company, CIC, or charity, use your official registered name.

Step 3: Add your Primary Contact

The Primary Contact is the person responsible for managing your Connect account.

·       They can also be a thankyü user/recipient.

·       They will manage team members, permissions, and payouts.

·       They act as the main point of contact for support.

Step 4: Add your Address

Provide your organisation’s address details.

Step 5: Agree to Ts&Cs

After entering your information, you’ll be asked to review and agree to thankyü’s Terms & Conditions.

At thankyü HQ, we will complete KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) checks before approving your registration.

Once approved, your organisation will be fully set up to use thankyü Thrive for instant, compliant, and transparent income distribution.
